Hotel Villa Fraulo is a perfect place to stay one or more night during your visit of "Costiera Amalfitana" and in particular of Amalfi and Ravello. I found the staff of the hotel really kind, the room was clear and beautiful (I was updated to a deluxe room) and we had a magnificient view from our room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the square in Ravello. Wonderful sea views. Very accommodating , polite staff who help with every aspect of your stay. Breakfast which can be eaten on the terrace overlooking the bay , was continental but the chef does a very nice omelette to order. Lovely rooms , cleaned daily with fresh linen. We did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ravello .

The location has a fabulous view of the Amalfi coast and is right in the center of Ravello
The hotel is an old Villa with the guest rooms on the lower floors right above traffic and next to a bar, and the reception and dining rooms on the top floors. Consequently the view from the patio dining is fabulous but the rooms are noisy. They also had turned off the air conditioning a little early given daytime temps amd full sun in the room for half of the day. It may have been tolerable if we could have left the patio door open to sleep because it does cool off nicely at night, but with the rooms being on the street it meant too much noise to sleep. They did get us a fan upon request, which helped drown out traffic and provide something other than stale air.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Always had advice an information readily available.
On one occasion the hot water was on the tepid side but this was sorted out promptly. Over all an excellent hotel.

Lovely view, nice and helpful staff, Ravello is charming
we were unable to get a WiFi signal either in our room or in the public areas. The room was clean and attractive but a bit spartan in furnishings, especially given the price.

Location is very central - just a short walk to the square.
The hotel rooms, although newly renovated, were pretty spartan. In fact, they felt unfurnished. The staff were poorly responsive for nearly anything, from check in, to resolving problems. The hotel is on a fairly busy road. For the high price we paid, I believe there are much better choices in Ravello.

Location - close to centre of town, easily accessible by car, great view.

Amazing location. Thrilling views. Extremely tasteful, classic, but moderate interior. Room facilities superb. Unfortunately, heavily understaffed for the class and size of the hotel. This results in poor service and brakefast, almost resembling that of a motel, while you are in an environment resembling a place.
Staffing. See above.
